Sanya Market Supervision Bureau strengthens food safety management

China Quality News Network News In order to strengthen food safety management in the warehousing link and urge enterprises to strictly implement the main responsibility of food safety. On April 15, Chen Lichen, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Sanya Market Supervision Bureau, led a team to carry out risk inspection work for food storage units.

The inspection team learned about the responsibility of the food safety management and the implementation of the food safety management system through on -site inspection, information inspection, and inquiry and communication. It put forward rectification opinions on the problems found on the spot, and required the enterprise to complete the rectification work in a limited time.

On the afternoon of April 16th, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau organized a food and distribution unit around Yalong Bay to hold an administrative treaty and food safety training meeting. A total of 25 units attended the meeting.

The meeting mainly trained from several aspects of archives management, warehousing site management, and sanitary environment management. The key contents are public announcements such as “daily control, weekly inspection, monthly dispatch” system, training system, and ledger system.All companies are required to strictly implement the food safety management system, maintain the ventilation and temperature of controlling warehouses, and store food classification. Pre -packaged foods and bulk foods need to be posted on the corresponding label logo.It must be stored more than 10 cm away from the ground.Environmental hygiene can be clean and tidy, no dead ends, no odor.
